Thank you for purchasing training credits with Security Guard School. We use a credit-based system where you purchase credits and redeem them for our online security guard training courses. We are committed to providing high-quality education and training to help you achieve your career goals. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available only for unused, unredeemed credits. You may request a refund of unused credits if you meet the following criteria:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your original credit purchase date. This serves as a risk-free trial period.
  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from purchasing or redeeming credits, which our team is unable to resolve within 10 days. Please contact support immediately to report any issues.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Redeemed credits. Once credits have been redeemed for course access, those credits are non-refundable, regardless of whether you have started, completed, or not yet begun the course.
  • Certificates. Any fees associated with issued certificates are non-refundable.
  • Non-refundable processing amount. A $12 portion of each credit purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for your return or cancellation.
  • Credits used toward examinations or assessments. If credits were redeemed for a course in which you have completed or passed any exam or assessment, those credits are not eligible for refund.
  • Requests made after 10 days. Refund requests submitted more than 10 days after the original credit purchase date will not be honored.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of unused credits:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at support@securityguardschool.com or use the contact form on our website.
  2. Include your name, order number, and the reason for your request.
  3. Your request will be reviewed and we will confirm your eligibility within 3 business days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 to 10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the credit system or course materials have been used inappropriately (for example, if course content obtained through redeemed credits has been downloaded or shared).

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Refund requests will be handled according to the policy in effect at the time of your credit purchase.
