Shipping policy

• Non-refundable processing amount. A $12 portion of each credit purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for your return or cancellation.

This is stated very clearly in our refund policy. The Chargeback was for this $12, as the rest of the purchase was refunded.
