In this one-hour class on "Sexual Harassment and Discrimination," we will discuss why learning "the correct way" of interacting with members of the opposite sex or with those of another culture is a critical part of the world security officers inhabit today. Security officers must always maintain a professional relationship with their co-workers and the client's employees with whom they come in contact. This class discusses how to recognize harassment and discrimination in the workplace, how to prevent it, how to deal with it, and how to report it. There also is an interactive exercise in which you will be dealing with situations of harassment or discrimination in the workplace. A ten-question "final exam" follows the class to see how well you have understood the material presented in this class.
